Description:

Wesleyan School is accepting applications for a qualified Orton-Gillingham practitioner to provide on campus reading remediation to identified students. This practitioner would be responsible for working one on one with students before, during, and after school using the Orton-Gillingham approach to focus on the specific learning needs of individual learners. This part-time independent contractor would also have some flexibility with scheduling. The practitioner will collaborate with a team of Orton-Gillingham specialists, as well as Wesleyan faculty members.
Qualifications
• Strong grounding in the Christian faith.
• Bachelor’s degree in education.
• Orton-Gillingham training by an accredited site.
• Prior Orton-Gillingham tutoring experience.
• AOGPE practicum or IDA certification (completed or in progress).
