St. Pius X Catholic High School is seeking a qualified Registrar to begin in January 2024. This role supports the Dean of Academics in day-to-day school operations & requires technical expertise, meticulous organizational skills, & an ability to collaborate across various departments within the school. The Registrar is responsible for managing critical student information systems (Powerschool), ensuring compliance with both State and Archdiocesan policies, & spearheading various administrative tasks vital to the school's academic success. Qualified applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, administration or related field. They must be detail oriented, collaborative, and be able to multitask. Bachelor's degree in education, administration, or related field.
Proficiency in PowerSchool or comparable SIS & excellent Excel skills.
Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
Adherence to state & Archdiocesan policies & compliance, particularly with curricula.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
