Exempt Status: Non-exempt

Work Hours: 1:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Hours will vary during COVID-19 pandemic)

Schedule: 10-month employee

Reports To: Auxiliary Programs Coordinator

Job Description: Responsible for working with students in ASAP

Essential Functions of Position
Attend staff training
Flexibility within the workplace regarding work assignments
Create fun, yet learning and character building activities for attendees
Participate in ASAP activities and assigned duties
Coordinate with ASAP administration regarding any student issues
Enforce ASAP rules so that all students have a safe and enjoyable experience
Create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees
Position Requirements (knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):

At least 18 years old, have a high school degree, and at least one year of working with children
Ability to work as a team member and display positive behaviors
Ability to be flexible and resourceful
Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Assertiveness
Self-motivated
Punctuality
