Located in suburban Atlanta as the city’s premiere boarding school, Brandon Hall's mission as an international boarding and day school challenges students to lead lives of leadership, scholarship, and service. Our community celebrates learning, fosters global citizenship, embraces diversity, encourages athleticism and artistic expression, and inspires students to find their path and lead the way. The co-educational school currently enrolls 130 students from 27 countries and has 8 partnerships with international schools.

Brandon Hall School seeks an experienced, dynamic and entrepreneurial admissions professional to lead all aspects of a growing admissions program. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven decision maker, understand enrollment management and financial aid best practices, and travel 20% of the time both domestically and internationally. The director will clearly articulate the value proposition of a unique boarding/day school located in a thriving global city.

The successful candidate for this position will also be:

- An excellent communicator and team player on the Head’s senior leadership team.
- High energy and highly relational, connecting warmly with parents, students, and faculty and adept at building genuine relationships and partnerships on behalf of the school.
- Experienced with a range of communications, advertising and marketing strategies, brand management, and social media platforms.
- Skilled in data collection and management with a capacity for thorough analysis and reporting to the administrative team and board of directors.
- An exceptionally well-organized and self-directed problem solver who will manage and grow the Admissions team's skills, vision and cohesion.


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Admissions, ideally in boarding schools and/or higher education
- Demonstrated success in collaborative leadership, problem-solving and working as a member of a senior leadership team
- High proficiency in technology, particularly with enrollment management software and in synthesizing and analyzing data
- A sense of humor and interest in all aspects of boarding school life
- A deep understanding of the boarding and day school marketplace
- A bachelor's degree is required, a master's degree is preferred
