Blessed Trinity Catholic High School has an opening for a full-time, twelve-month position as Director of Enrollment Management. This position applies operational leadership, creative thinking and depth of knowledge to design, execute and innovate an annual admissions and recruitment plan for new students in support of Blessed Trinity's strategic and operational goals. The Director of Enrollment is expected to deliver exemplary customer service and experiences by identifying and recruiting students and leading the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment. The candidate will collaborate daily with school administration, teachers, marketing & communications, advancement and parents to promote the mission of Blessed Trinity in all facets of the admissions process.

Preference in hiring is given to practicing Catholics in full communion with the teachings of the Catholic Church. All employees are expected to show respect for the institutions of the Church.

A bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Admissions experience in a school setting is preferred and teaching experience is a valuable asset. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions and/or communications and marketing, preferably in the non-profit sector and including prior leadership experience.

The position requires some work in evenings and weekends as well as travel. Candidate must have absolute confidentiality and professionalism in appearance, attitude and presentation.

This position will begin in June 2024.

Additional Responsibilities:

Directs and manages the entire lifecycle of enrollment from awareness, prospecting, educating, advising, assessing, accepting and onboarding
Develops and nurtures network of Catholic, private and public feeder schools as well as local parishes
Designs and Implements a comprehensive strategic plan for admissions of new students that is inclusive of revolving three-month, six-month, one-year, and five-year objectives, goals and outcomes
Collaborates with Registrar to monitor the re-enrollment of current students for the succeeding year with constant vigilance on attrition and retention
Data analysis of enrollment drivers, trends and challenges
Leads effort with school stakeholders to understand and anticipate the future student/school community needs
Represents Blessed Trinity Catholic High School at various external organizations and associations
Runs at least one annual Financial Aid Workshop for the community
Serves as a role model for students and staff by having a positive attitude, being solution-oriented, and demonstrating effective work ethic
Organizes and manages all activities to attract a diverse class of high-quality applicants
Delivers on milestones, deliverables, timelines and objectives
Collaborates with Administration, Faculty, Guidance/Counseling, Registrar, Advancement, Alumni, Students, Parents, Athletics, Fine Arts, Campus Ministry and other stakeholders to cultivate the school community
