Transportation Coordinator

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all K-12 transportation needs of the school which require minibuses, coach, and activity buses during the school year and summer. This full time, 12-month position includes coordinating all aspects of Wesleyan’s transportation program to and from school offered to enrolled families including, but not limited to the following: route determination, securing pick-up and drop-off locations, securing pick-up times, and hiring minibus drivers. The Transportation Coordinator also schedules the use of minibuses, coach, and activity buses for athletic competitions, field trips, Christian Life off campus trips, summer camps, enrichment classes, and any other needs for the K-12 community. The Transportation Coordinator reports to the Assistant Head of School for External Affairs.
