Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join our Christ-centered learning community serving students with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences.

Position Overview:
The Classroom Teacher provides individualized, structured, and multisensory instruction in a supportive Christian environment. The ideal candidate fosters academic growth, confidence, and character development in each student.

Key Responsibilities:
o Deliver structured instruction using evidence-based dyslexia interventions for grade level curriculum and Orton-Gillingham reading instruction
o Differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs
o Adapt curriculum to meet individual student learning profiles
o Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration
o Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (teaching certification preferred)
o Training or willingness to be trained in structured literacy (e.g., Orton-Gillingham approach)
o Strong understanding of dyslexia and learning differences
o Commitment to Christian education and biblical values
