Salary: $63,000–$67,000 + competitive benefits

The Role:
Provide 1:1 + group counseling (academic, social-emotional, executive functioning)
Support profoundly gifted + neurodiverse students through data-informed strategies
Lead student programs, classroom lessons, and workshops
Partner with faculty, families, and Student Services team
Coordinate referrals + outside support services
Promote a safe, structured, student-centered environment

What You Bring:
Master’s in School or Mental Health Counseling
2–3+ years counseling experience (prevention + intervention)
Expertise in executive function, study skills, self-advocacy
Strong collaboration, communication, and confidentiality practices
Knowledge of learning differences + barriers to learning
Proficiency with student systems, LMS, and productivity tools
Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
