The Role:
Deliver structured literacy instruction (phonics, fluency, comprehension)
Provide targeted 1:1 + small-group intervention for students with learning differences
Design and implement data-driven reading plans
Use research-based methods + assistive technology
Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and reporting
Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
Lead literacy best practices and support school-wide initiatives

What You Bring:
Master’s in Reading, Literacy, or Special Education
Orton-Gillingham (or similar) certification (Wilson, Barton, etc.)
Experience with dyslexia, ADHD, and intensive reading intervention
Knowledge of IEPs, 504s, and structured literacy
Strong communication, collaboration, and organization
Tech-savvy (assistive tech, Google Workspace)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
